A Memphis man pleaded not guilty to three counts of capital murder, one count of attempted capital murder and two counts of aggravated robbery Monday in Sebastian County Circuit Court.
Kevin Wolfe, 29, is accused of killing Jada Moses, 26, and Aligene Seals, 21, at Presley Apartments, 3805 Presley St., on July 25. Because Seals was six months pregnant, Wolfe faces a third capital murder charge. Another woman, Barbara Gowers, 25, was shot also.
Wolfe appeared before Circuit Court Judge Steve Tabor via video from the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held without bail.
All six charges are Class Y felonies. The capital-murder charges carry a potential sentence of life in prison or death; the remaining charges carry potential sentences of 10 to 40 years or life in prison.
