It would sure be scary to live in that neighborhood with the police warning of locking doors and not opening them to strangers. I'd be scared out of my mind! I hope they will catch the killer very quickly.

I'm glad the toddler wasn't harmed physically that is.

Good grief, I don't think I'd open my door to strangers or anyone I knew if the police gave me that warning. What a terrible thing!

Timmy Richardson told 6News' Julie Pursley that his family members were among those killed and that he believes those responsible haven't been apprehended.
“I hope you get found and rot in prison,” Richardson said. "I really don’t want you getting the death penalty, because that would be too good. Let you sit in prison for the rest of your life.”

Maybe someone saw a big bag or a rolled up carpet being dragged out of a house and didn't put 2 and 2 together till they found out about the murders.. it may not have been apparent it was a body.....

Police said they had been called out to at least one of the homes before, but they declined to elaborate on that.

I wonder if Timmy wasn't supposed to elaborate on how he knew the victims... or if it was a mistake on the reporter's part initially?

Family and neighbors talked about their own theories, ranging from angry family members turning on one another to an acquaintance allegedly killing them all in a dispute. Some speculated that drug activity, which they said had been prevalent in the area, may have been to blame.

Teresa Richardson, who is *advertiser censored**** Napier's sister, said the family had been involved with drugs. Franklin County Sheriff Ken Murphy said his deputies had been to the address previously but did not say whether drugs were involved.

This article contains the victims' names.

Drugs are destroying children, families, and this Country! These smaller rural communities where there are NO jobs are getting scary -- adults are turning to manufacturing/selling/doing drugs in place of living life. Way too sad . . .

The only definitive thing the ISP are releasing at this time is that the toddler (who has not been identified) is SAFE. Thankful for this one small thing.

Heartbreaking. Poor baby. Can't even imagine. I have no words

"She was crying and she had her little thumb in her mouth and she looked terrorized and I said baby what's the matter," Kesler explained. "She came over and she just clung to me because I opened the jeep and got out and she said 'Somebody has to help me they're all dead. Mamaw, Papaw and mommy is dead.' "
