QUISPAMSIS - Police have been inundated with anonymous tips in the case of a missing 23-year-old man who was found not guilty of second-degree murder in 2008.

But there is still no sign of Scott Taylor, who was last seen by a friend Dec. 2 at 9:30 a.m. at his Rothesay home.

Who is the acquaintance? Was the person found and questioned? He was acquitted of 2nd degree murder and then in 2009 served 3 months for assaulting his gf.....

Despite over 6000 facebook "likes", Scotty may have some enemies out there. The break in in 2008 was gang related from what I read.

snipped...The victim was part of a gang who broke into Taylor's apartment last March 11. Moments after that robbery Upshaw was stabbed several times. One of the weapons was a medieval-style broadsword.

The jury also heard about a botched robbery that was arranged by exotic dancers.

Taylor was co-accused along with a young offender, who was convicted of manslaughter in connection with Upshaw's death but cannot be identified because of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Bumping for Scotty...or as his friends and family call him 'Schotty'...

Regardless of his past, still hoping justice will be served.

:justice:

I suppose he could have split town but...what are the chances of THAT happening?
