The mother lost all her other kids, so she hops states, has another baby and loses that one too! I think this makes the case for forced tubals and a national social services database!!

narcotics investigators arrested Leann Studd, 26, of Bethpage, TN and Jonathan Michael Pope, 26, on Friday afternoon after discovering small quantities of methamphetamine and instruments used for smoking the drug, as well as some other controlled substances inside room 12 at the Economy Inn on US 1. Also inside that room was an infant believed to be their child.

Studd and Pope were charged with possession of methamphetamine. Studd was also charged with unlawful possession of schedule IV narcotics.

The infant is now in the custody of the SC Department of Social Services. Studd advised officers that she had 4 other children who had been taken from her and were in protective custody in Tennessee.

God forgive me, but at what point? What point don't you get that you've already seriously not only screwed up your own da*n lousey life, but put four other children in harms way and then go do it again?

One month old? Then presumed dad explains to cops they used Room 12 when the fumes from cooking meth in Room 19 got too bad? Not to mention there's a warrant out for him already and now two others?

At what point didn't Heather Leann Studd just not get it?

Honestly, so many of these cases of child abuse, neglect, murder are incidents involving meth. It makes you do crazy things and any person using it should not be trusted with children. Period. Any person arrested for using, possession, selling, making it should lose their children. Any person who gives birth to a child with meth in its system, should lose their child.

And what person, who has already lost 4 children, has a baby registry? I mean, really?

A national child abuse database is critical in the war to stop child abuse. Why is this not already done? Is it being done? It is well known that abusers skip town when they are being investigated by CPS. Hello? Just because they move, doesn't mean the abuse stops. Common sense says these people need to be tracked to the ends of the earth, but they're not. What a complete shame.
