From the Fulton county investigator:
This is not the same person. Our decedent is Earl Woods, Jr. His case is closed (i.e., his death investigation case), but he still has no known Next of Kin. His date of birth is 17 JAN 1944, but he also used 17 FEB 1944 in one of his jail bookings. He has used several social security numbers. He was buried by the County.
