Either Fran Drescher has spent time in the company of extraterrestrials, or she is simply being extra dramatic.

The former star of The Nanny claims she was abducted by aliens many years ago and they implanted a chip in her hand.

She told the website her ex-husband, producer and writer Peter Marc Jacobson, had a similar experience.

'You know, it's funny because Peter and I both saw (aliens) before we knew each other, doing the same thing, driving on the road with our dads,' Drescher said in all seriousness.
