Does LE know 100% it was Josh's body?

This is really bugging me.

Is it possible JP put another person's body in the house, had a get-away car parked on the street behind the house and escaped?

If he didn't chance it and buy another vehicle, could he have gotten his father's vehicle?

Did he rent this house because of possible easy escape route (street behind house)?

The reasons I ask this is:

1) Where did the $7000 go? Was it money to escape with?

2) IMO, JP was too big of a coward to set himself on fire (one of my biggest fears is burning to death)

3) Why the hatchet knowing the fire would killed them? Was it too incapacitate to keep them from running after him and escaping?

4) Why all the phone calls and emails? Was it to fake cry on the voicemails to convince people it was him in the house so that no one would question him?

I apologize if I have stepped on anyone's toes, but this was the first thing I thought of when I heard this horrible news.

JP was a coward. period. I just find it hard he would set himself on fire.

JP was evil and I would not put one thing past him.

Whose adult body would have been in the house?

I have faith LE knows it was Josh in the house with his little boys -- murderer & murdered.

Let's revisit this as the investigation unfolds, but for now I dont think there is anything that indicates this was not Josh.
