Mac has always been a small guy, but wow, the newest batch of images are alarming. Maybe he is getting ready for a movie role? I remember when Tom Hanks and Christian Bale became emaciated for movie roles... even that rapper called something like "Fifty Cents" lost a lot of weight for a role a few years back.

If he is healthy, he sure doesn't look it. I agree wfgodot, herion is going to be my guess.

And he kinda looks like Steve Buscemi (sp??) now.

On the other hand, the sort of rose madder hue of the wall behind him emphasizes his paleness and brings out the pink highlights in his light complexion, perhaps creating an enhanced - though artificial - "heroin-like pallor."

Sure is painfully thin-looking, though.

Hasn't he had issues with drugs, I know he was arrested (and it's in the OP article too). I wonder if he's abusing a stimulant?

Hope he is okay.

Its not just the palor though, he is painfully thin. I always felt so badly for him and have wondered who he would have or could have been were he not "the home alone kid" withsuch a sad upringing/childhood.
 
He looks like my dad did before he died of cancer. I hope he's okay. It hurts for me to see someone like that. Brings back bad memories.
