A fish has managed to survive being kept in an Iranian man's fridge for four days, according to state television reports.

The report said the fish flapped into life when a man in the western province of Hamedan prepared to gut it for dinner.

State TV showed the resilient fish swimming around in a big pot and said the man now planned to release it back in to the sea

Is that kind of like the mammalian diving reflex, the cold fridge and all?
