VA - Richmond, BlkMale Skeletal UP6148, 50-65, near DuPont plant, Sep'00

This is pretty interesting. Over 220 files of UIDs, but I only found 124 in the whole state in NAMUS. I love that LE emphasizes the importance of NAMUS, though.

    Here is the text:

They are among 220 sets of remains that Virginia's chief medical examiner hopes to put names to in an initiative seeking the public's help.

"We have skeletal remains that go back to 1960s still archived in our offices, waiting for somebody to come forward and to be able to identify these folks and return them to their loved ones," said Dr. Leah Bush, the chief medical examiner.

In the three cases unveiled Monday, skulls were available and were used by the FBI's Forensic Anthropology Program in Quantico to make busts to approximate what the men looked like. Bush said the FBI is not charging them for the busts.

Details on the unidentified Richmond men include...

A black male, over age 50, 5 feet 5 inches tall or taller, wearing size 12 oxford shoes. Police found the remains on Sept. 26, 2000, in a wooded area across from the DuPont plant at 5300 Commerce Road.

I am wondering if UP6148 (https://identifyus.org/cases/6148) could be William Charles Fox (https://www.websleuths.com/forums/sho...DC-10-Jan-1999)?
On August 6, 2012, mother of two Tamala Wells drove away from her home in Detroit. She has not been seen or heard from since she made her last phone call at 11:45 pm. Her car was recovered three days later, 20 minutes away from her home. Friends and family members are baffled.

Consider featuring a missing person in your signature - a simple act that could get the right pair of eyes on the case.
