This White male adult, designated John Doe #13-81, was a pedestrian struck and killed by an automobile on a city street in Fontana, CA. It is suspected that he was a transient. He is described as between 40 and 60, 5'3" to 5'5" tall, weighed approximately 150 lbs, with graying brown hair and hazel-gray eyes. He had no teeth (edentulous). Identity may only be established with fingerprints (on file and see attached) and DNA (submitted October 2009).
MULTIPLE SCARS: 2â SCAR TO LT ABDOMEN, TRANSVERSE SCAR ACROSS LOWER RT ABDOMEN, DIAGONAL SCAR FROM RT LOWER ABDOMEN TO PUBIC REGION AND ANOTHER TO LT INGUINAL AREA. THORACOTOMY SCAR TO RIGHT CHEST. SCOLIOSIS NOTED.
