Will County prosecutors will be back in court Friday, after filing an emergency motion to curtail all parties in the Drew Peterson case from discussing legal and logistical matters via e-mail.

So what is up with this? It is under seal so media cannot read it or report on it completely.

Some media is speculating that it may be related to this comment by JB in Mar. that juror's tweeting could cause a mistrial.

I wondered if perhaps they caught some attempts to hack someone's email.

It turned out to be the prosecution whining about email sent after hours. Judge Burmila was annoyed because he is the one who said to use email rather than court motions for routine stuff.

All are now ordered to email during business hours.

Pros. maybe missed a deadline or something?
