I do show the father "Carol L Burrow" to be listed as "Carroll L Burrow" in other census records and a Find-A-Grave listing for a "Lois I. Burrow" buried in Macon County, IL passed away on January 3, 1967: Link here.

A "Lois I Carter" (Carter being the mother's name listed on the California Death Index record) is listed in the 1930 census record as being in Macon County, IL, having previously been listed in the 1920 census record as being in Macon, Tennessee. The circumstantial evidence seems to tie together so far. I will look into the other children listed in the Burrow household next.
