39 to 39 year old White Hispanic/Latino Male

This man was dropped off at the emergency room of Martin Luther King Medical Center in Los Angeles on 10/09/2006. He was unconscious and his friend said he overdosed on drugs and that his name was Salvador Jimanaz. No family was ever located and he never re-gained consciousness. He was transferred to a board and care facility where he died. We have been unable to establish his true identity.

Weight: 170 lbs.
Hair Color: Brown
Eye Color: Brown
Race: Hispanic
Gender: Male
Distinguishing Characteristics: He had a full beard at the
time of his disappearance and was much thinner than on the above
photograph.
Medical Conditions: He has a diminished mental capacity of a
3 year old and is unable to dress or feed himself.
Clothing: Blue Levis, a brown shirt and brown zip up low cut
boots.

Name and dates add up, composite compared with photograph isn't great and there is a descrepency with the age.

I think the resemblance is pretty good considering the MP had lost weight since that photograph was taken and you can't ignore the coincidence of the name.

If the MP truly was unable to feed and dress himself and was missing for more than a year before being taken to that hospital I wonder where he was and how he managed during that time.
 
I am Mexican. Jimenez would be the correct spelling--often Americans who don't speak Spanish write it down as Jimanaz because that's what it sounds like. Jimenez is a fairly common last name for Latinos.

Clothing:None (in hospital pajamas for years)
Circumstances:Unnamed friend dropped him off at Martin Luther King Medical Center in Los Angeles and told them that the victim was named Salvador Jimanaz and that he overdosed on drugs. He was admitted and no family was ever located for him. He suffered seizure disorder and organic brain syndrome, believed related to drug use. He was transferred to a board and care home in Beaumont. When he died the County Public Administrator was notified and was unable to establish his identification through search or fingerprints.
