William DeClark IV used photos of his relatives children on a Russian based child *advertiser censored* site.

DeClark also took photos of the kids fully clothed and captioned them with disgusting comments.

His arrest led to others in the US who used the same site.

Here's one of his cohorts that has been charged:

Michael J Jones aged 40 of Follansbee.

Jones admitted to using his own children to get their friends to sleep over so he could take photographs of them.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Masury man is sentenced in federal court for receiving and possessing child *advertiser censored*.

On Thursday, a judge in U.S. District court sentenced 22-year old William DeClark IV to 15 years in prison.

DeClark pleaded guilty to two charges in May.
