Apparently someone else was driving JB's car but this camera man thought it was JB. JB's car was pulled over by the police, the man got out to take pictures, and was struck by a car while trying to cross the road back to his own vehicle.
These stories are going to become more frequent the way these people will do just about anything to get that shot.
