5'1" seems awfully short for adult non-Hispanic or non-Asian males. the weight is consistent with a shorter male but we've seen mistakes before.

I agree with Donjeta about the better than most chance for identification and thanks for posting about this one.

Having a photo (I don't see where NamUs allows you to enlarge the tiny image) and with the hints given in the autopsy report, it provides an investigator willing to do lots of legwork multiple leads to pursue (homeless shelters, hospitals, etc.). The important factor in a case like this is that authorities invest the time following-up on leads immediately. If they push the case aside and it collects dust for 3 years, well everyone knows what happens then.

If you go to Images you can see a slightly bigger photo and if you click that it is further enlarged.

This looks so much like Willie Clayton Reynolds, but the dates are off. Same missing upper front left tooth, otherwise I would have left it.

What do you think? Far from home, wrong dates, but other similarities are chilling.

Date could be typo, or incorrect information from any of the parties/offices involved.... or it's not him. Very similar- namus hairline a bit more receded than picture- but we have no idea how old picture is .

Willie Reynolds is listed at 5'3"....so very close

Ok- date found is correct.... could date last seen be incorrect? According to MSM on Mr. Reynolds, the sightings and ride supposedly given to this man are strangers. The daughter may have reported him missing based on when car was found and LE contacted her concerning it. No article states when/what date he was last seen by family...

You could be right about the eyebrows. Mr Reynolds looks pretty well groomed in his photo. If that were to go unchecked for some time, tho-I can see the eyebrows growing out of control.

I did call this in yesterday, got a call back from a detective that they have identified the man, and he is NOT Willie Reynolds.
