How are threads rated? I just noticed this feature. Similar forums using the VBulletin/Jelsoft technology use stars to rate their threads.

Not all forums have this option, it seems.

Okay WasBlind, next question, how come only certain threads have this feature? This one does, but others I've been on do not.
