A bit more info in this link

They are looking at footage from the bank nearby. Police have apparently spoken to the group that she was hanging with. The bar manager states that she left with a friend but that they went their separate ways.

They also mention that she was drinking pretty heavily. Her aunt, however, states that she isn't much of a drinker, just an occasional martini or daiquiri (not in the above article). Two conflicting statements there....

Monnette's vehicle is described as a black 2012 two-door Honda Accord with Louisiana license plate WUN494. A photo of the rear of the vehicle can be seen here.

WDSU talked to Terrilynn's mother by phone today from California. "Every time I've called her cell phone it goes straight to voicemail," Toni Enclade said. "She also missed a family gathering that afternoon."
Enclade said those were both signs something wasn't right. "I talk to her daily, sometimes several times a day," Enclave added "It just doesn't make sense and we are worried sick."

What's up with the picture? She's wearing a teal and white striped shirt, which is what was originally stated by the worker at the bar. However, the news article by the OP mentioned a pink and yellow striped shirt per the police. Why the discrepancy?

For Terrilynn's family, friends and colleagues, not knowing her whereabouts is proving difficult. In the time since the case went public, New Orleans police have remained very tight-lipped about their investigation.
"We've received so many thoughts and prayerful ideas have been sent our way, and we're just really grateful for all of the support. Our students need it, our teachers need it, Terrilynn needs it, Terrilynn's family needs it," Hoyle said. "We are as hopeful and as prayerful as we possibly can be for her safe return right now, we can't wait to have her home."
So are we, Principal Hoyle. Sounds like a most wonderful little school. I shiver in thought about the little students. The drama and all.
Come back to class, Ms. Monette.

A prayer vigil substituted for an award ceremony tonight. :(

For Terrilynn Monnette, Wednesday night was supposed to be a time of celebration. The 26-year-old California native was to accept an award recognizing her outstanding work as a second-grade teacher at a Harvey school.
But instead, Wednesday night became a time of urgent prayer.

The bar’s general manager told WGNO that the two talked in the parking lot “for a little while,” but the bar’s video surveillance showed they left in separate cars. “He went one way, she went the other,” the bar manager said.

An eyewitness has told police that he saw the missing teacher with an unidentified man in the bar’s parking lot, according to information on the missing person’s flyer that Monnette’s family has been distributing.

They are also looking at area surveillance tapes, including one from an adjacent bank, reported WGNO.

Her apartment is in Gentilly. But I don't know the addy.
That was pretty confusing because they reported her as "missing Harvey teacher".

Thursday’s search was an attempt to turn up clues before police bring out cadaver dogs to search for Monette on Saturday, said Sheryl Bennett, Monette’s aunt. She said the family chose to search in City Park because Monette lived in Gentilly and likely would have driven past the park to get home. It’s not much of a lead, but Bennett said at this point any type of hope is better than none.

Police will search Saturday for any clues about the disappearance of local schoolteacher Terrilyn Monette near Lakeview and City Park.

New Orleans police said they will be assisted by officials from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency, along with dozens of uniformed officers and mounted police. Authorities are inviting any volunteers who want to participate in the search to come out to the City Park driving range at 10 a.m.
