I wonder how long they have been married? I hope they can find a motive, though it's probably greed. :furious:
RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio Months after a woman lost control of her car and smashed into the front of a nail salon, investigators have revealed the cause of the crash and it appears to be no accident.
Now, the womans husband is accused of tampering with her car to purposely cause her death.
Ronald Miller, 73, is charged with attempted murder, felonious assault and vandalism. According to court records, hes indicted for knowingly trying to cause or attempt physical harm to his wife, Rhoda Miller, by means of a deadly weapon.
Richmond Heights police say Rhoda Miller ran into the front window of the Nail Expo on Wilson Mills Road back on February 8. Her car struck two columns before it slammed into the salons window, causing it to shatter.
Mrs. Miller told officers on scene that she felt her car accelerate and couldnt get it to stop.
Mr. Miller posted a $10,000 bond earlier this week. Hes due in court again on April 24.
