Does anyone know if JM can use the two interviews where JA says she hopes for the death penalty as evidence or not?

He absolutely can use it according to rules of evidence. Not sure he needs it though. It might cause some confusion too. IMO

I'm bringing this over from the previous thread because I think it's an important point to make.

It became necessary to show that she was sexually experienced, comfortable, and aggressive with other boyfriends. That doesn't make her bad. I'm all for women being dominant and sexually secure in mutual relationships, but the moment you turn on a man and accuse him for a reason like framing and blaming after you've killed him, you've lost your right to keep your private sex life private.

The defense brought the sex stuff to the table and Juan responded. I condemn her for her hypocrisy when it comes to sex and these most horrible accusations that she had the nerve to level against the man she murdered. Sex was a weapon for her at multiple times in life and during this trial.
She used sex to control and manipulate Travis, especially/including the day she murdered him.

I am so sick of women on here buying into Jodi's horrible accusations about Travis or somehow acknowledging he had some abusive sexual issues.

Says who?

Jodi Arias?

Get real.

Just look at how he treated every other single woman in his life.

Look at who's exes were in court supporting family and friends.

Watching today because I missed.

Juan is nailing the "sequence of events" and Nurmi don't like that.

Speculation? But of course, since Jodi won't say what really happened.

Oh it's a terrible idea .. bringing in friends that have such a loose connection is a bad look .. especially a fellow prisoner .. it's like lighting up a neon sign above Arias' head that says:

Yes. She will apologize for having to reveal Travis' true nature. She will apologize for not being able to keep Travis' secrets hidden. She will apologize for not documenting his abusive behavior. She will apologize for not taking his pedophilia more seriously.
