Lancaster County Deputy Sheriff Sgt. Chris Riggs confirmed they have an outstanding arrest warrant for Will Herman.

The warrant, one of two, was issued for a parole violation on Dec. 7. The outstanding warrant is for charges in connection with the animal-cruelty and child-endangerment case, Riggs said.

“He also failed to appear for a hearing here on a domestic-relations arrest warrant, issued Oct. 27,” Riggs said.
