A man in Texas who said LASIK surgery was too expensive to correct his eye sight had the bridge of his glasses permanently pierced into his nose, according to a Local 6 News report.
James Sooy was tired of wrestling with his eyeglasses and instead of contacts decided to have a post pierced into his face for permanent lenses.
...Most medical experts warn that many piercing procedures could cause permanent damage.
