I thought there was a thread on this but can't find it... please merge if necessary....

Well --one of the people was not welcome on the property(for stealing) -the unwelcome person stole a car, picked up a couple of other people-and went to the property --maybe they did'nt plan on it being a friendly visit.

Quote: ”He didn't curse, he didn't smoke, he didn't drink and he did not steal. And he did not tolerate bad behavior from other people.”

he seems to be respected in the community JMO MOO

I don't know what they plan or didn't plan to do. But burning their bodies in a car doesn't seem justifiable, any way I look at it.

True, i don't think the burning was wise. But JMO i feel he was reacting to a situation and did'nt think it out,

It says the 17-year old Jones and family knew Clark and the teen had spent the past three summers on Clark's property. Could be death penalty case since there are multiple murders.

According to Ramsey, investigators believe Jones was joined by Roland and Colleen Lowe in driving to Clark's property on June 11. Their trip in a green 2000 Acura TL — reportedly stolen that day from Sacramento — was extended because they got lost. Ramsey said there was surveillance video of the trio in Shasta County.

On June 12, they parked on the 14000 block of Centerville Road and walked toward Clark's residence. Ramsey said Clark used a 12-gauge pump shotgun to fire on the three as they approached his residence. Two people suffered frontal shots while one was shot in the side.

Exactly one year after three bodies were discovered in a burned car on the Paradise ridge, a Butte Creek Canyon man was sentenced Friday to life in prison without parole for their murders...

A jury convicted Clark for his actions May 16. The defendant was convicted of first-degree murder for the deaths of Colleen and Roland Lowe, second-degree murder for Jones' death, and arson.
