"SALINE COUNTY (KATV) - Highway Department workers found a body Tuesday on Highway 367 near the Arch Street area of East End along the Pulaski County line.

Arkansas State Police would not confirm the age or gender of the body. It has been taken to the State Crime Lab for autopsy and identification."

Apparently a woman has been involved in a high-speed car chase less than a week before the body was found. It took place in Saline County. As of the articles I'm seeing from July 25th and 26th, she hasn't been apprehended yet and none mention her name ... Could it be her?

If it is her, this isn't looking good.

The female suspect was seen after the wreck reportedly walking down a road as well as at a church. At the church she stated her bf pushed her out of his car and took her purse and ID (might explain why victim wasn't IDd immediately as it was not on her?)

"Update 9:30 am Thursday: The female was last seen walking West on Cloud Street towards Ohio at approximately 10:00 AM. The staff at Emmanuel Foursqare Church confirmed the female suspect was wearing the same shirt as seen in the photo. The female still has not been located or identified. If anyone has seen or had contact with the female suspect we ask you contact the Saline County Sheriff’s Office.

Update 6:30 pm Wednesday: At 9:00 am the female suspect, who was involved in the Wednesday morning high speed chase, is alleged to have visited Emmanuel Foursquare Church in Salina.

According to Robin Barnhart, office administrator, the woman came in and stated ”she had got into a big fight with her boyfriend and he pushed her out of the car on the highway and took her purse leaving her with no money or ID.”
Barnhart reported that they were unable to help the woman with funds and referred her to SRS."

The body has been identified as that of Guadalupe Vautista, 32 years old
