Circumstances of Disappearance
Parley was last known to be residing in Raleigh, NC.
She been reported missing by her sister in 1994.
Parley has a history of prostitution and drug use.

Her maiden name is Lemley.

Interestingly, in 1991 she was interviewed as a witness in a homicide case that came to trial around the time she disappeared. She was not a witness during the trial as she could not be located. http://www.innocencecommission-nc.gov/Forms/pdf/Taylor/Redacted Taylor Brief.pdf

She was born in Texas, and her nickname (at least in 1991) was Tex.

I am in no way implying that her going missing had to do with this trial (and Gregory Flint Taylor was proved innocent of the homicide later), but it's a decent way of tracking any information about Parley. She's disappeared by April 1993, and I'm assuming February 9th 1993 was when she was last concrete in touch with her family. She was arrested and served time in 1992, but was already out by 1993.

Bumping for Parley, I hope her family can find out what happened to her.

As far as identifiers, it says dentals are not available and DNA unknown. I assume/hope at least familial DNA is on file?

This is a sad case that didn't get very much attention.
