GA - Andrea Sneiderman Trial - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community

Bet she just "mispoke" or "misremembered" - (courtesy of CA trial)
Can't wait to hear the cross. "Did you ever SEE or actually touch Hemy's phone?"

P.S. For some reason my spellcheck isn't working, so there WILL be mistakes - just ignore them please. I'm not going to correct them. lol

Can anyone get a screnshot of the state attorney's comp? What is that?

Why aren't they showing us the screen with all the info? It's on the computer of the state now.

Sounds like their "big shot" attorney is going to cover this wit too! Maybe from here on out in the trial. Crunch time.

After this wit (or during) they should play the clip of AS saying she was in Denver alone.

So Andrea's reason for calling Hemy those four times was to let him know that Rusty had been in some sort of accident and she left work in a hurry BUT she didn't bother to leave a voice message letting him know this when she couldn't get a hold of him??? Yet she had no problem sending a text message to a co worker about Rusty being shot??? Yea, I don't think the jury is going to buy that excuse.

Does anyone know who the woman behind the Def. table is in the gold? She sure makes sure she is noticed. Long dark hair and attractive.

She leans up looks into the camera before court etc. She makes her presence known.

Anybody know who she is?

I noticed the same. She likes the camera.

I am almost completely caught up on the trial... finally! Only a few hours left to watch. Trying to get thru those 3+ hours of interview tapes with the investigator was beyond painful! It felt more like 20 hours :( It was shocking how non-chalant Andrea was at describing her relationship and life with Rusty just one week after his murder. For most people, revisiting how you fell in love, got married, had kids, etc would be excrutiating in this situation.

Andrea is such a bizarre personality. Not that I should be surprised by bizarre personalities at this point. There is no doubt that she has the narcissist thing going on, but I do wonder if there is some sociopathy there too. I'm not convinced just yet but wouldn't be surprised. Last night, I read a comment from a WS poster in an old thread from Hemy's trial I believe (trying to find it now) who was a college friend of Rusty's and got to know Andrea thru them dating. He (the poster) mentions that he could never really get close to her. She was totally engaged and sweet when Rusty was around but seemed to be quiet and withdrawn from everybody when Rusty was absent. He said she was just disconnected from people, but also very concerned about appearances. It was an interesting read. I'll see if I can find it and point you to it.

One other tidbit I wanted to comment on was Shayna Citron. Like many of you who watched her testimony last week, I initially thought wow this lady is way overly dramatic. But the more I watched and the more I thought about it, I do tend to think that the emotions are genuine. I think she is truly distraught at being in a position to put her former close friend in jail. Now of course, Andrea put herself in this situation. But if I was in Shayna's shoes and this was my best friend... I would be devastated too. I may not do the "ugly cry" like she did :) but I would most definitely be crying and upset. So I am going to give Shayna a bit of a pass. I believe that her testimony was very powerful and will help to solidify how Andrea tried to down play the relationship with Hemy, and point the investigators in a different direction.

Just my two cents thus far.

Not sure of her name right now, but she is the good friend that has been on HLN stating she is innocent and there was no affair. I will check to see if I can find her name.:moo:

Just found it Steffi Miller.

Wonder why the new man in Andrea's life is not in court today. Perhaps he was uncomfortable with him being "outed" as to his name and such?!?!
