What part of Philly was this fella from?

Bumping for Brian since he is currently the MP of the week on The Charley Project. His father passed away in 2015 and it looks like the family lives in or near Southampton, however I was unable to find out if that is where he disappeared from. I think a lot of those smaller towns down near Philly are all categorized as Philly even though they technically aren't, just a nearby suburb so that may be the case here, especially with so few details available.
