Reporter on scene lost count of shots while he was running, so multiple shots.
 
I found a tweet that claims 13 shots heard and LE officer injured, but it is of dubious origin/non MSM.

Sounds like the shooting was in connection with a car chase.

FOLKS, shots have been fired outside of the Capitol building. Our office staff is okay, but others have been injured, including one capitol police officer. Please pray!
