I read this article posted on Yolanda Bindic's website. I didn't want to post it on her thread and give people the wrong idea since the person has not been identified - and at this point I'm not sure if they know if it's a male or female.
Though the body (or remains) were found in PA, I believe it was right over the state line from New York.

Body Found Near Warren
Judith Acklin and her husband were walking their dog along the east shore of the Conewango Creek Monday morning when they saw what appeared to be a mannequin partially immersed in the water.

Is this anywhere near where Mr. Gricar went missing?

You know, that didn't even cross my mind. The article states that the body that was found could have very well been there about a year. I'm guess because it was probably just a skeleton, it's probably not him but then again, they didn't give details of the remains found. I'll keep checking for information on this.
