That's possible -- though it wouldn't be the first time the Fox channel has jumped the gun on a report like this

Apparently she was alive when found and died later.
A woman found unconscious under a car inside the parking garage at the Auburn Mall on Tuesday night has died, according to the Worcester County District Attorney's office.

A man is being charged with misleading officers about the investigation, but it's not clear whether he had anything to do with whatever happened to her.
