Three private security guards have just been charged with manslaughter over the 2010 death of 46 year old Angolan Jimmy Mubenga. He was killed on a plane full of people at Heathrow Airport in the UK.
Jimmy was being deported back to Angola after serving a jail term in the UK, and the guards were in charge of restraining him on the plane. Reports from other passengers made pretty horrific reading at the time. Here's an original story where the security company were telling people Jimmy had been 'taken ill'.

In 2012 the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to bring charges but now they have changed their minds, saying 'There is a realistic prospect of conviction'. They will not be charging G4S, the security company, with corporate manslaughter.
Colin Kaler, 51; Terrence Hughes, 53; and Stuart Tribelnig, 38, are due to appear in court April 4th 2014.
