Police Seek Publics Help in Finding Missing Man, 65

On April 6, 2014, around 5 a.m., Mr. Bias was last seen leaving a local hospital in the 1200 block of Wilshire Boulevard in the City of Los Angeles. He advised the medical staff that his last name was Kennedy. His family is extremely concerned for his welfare and he suffers from dementia.

He was found safe after going missing again in 2015 in Eugene, OR.
