N reading from OP's bail affi. About OP hearing 'movement'. Nothing about the wood he said he heard yesterday.

Quoting my own post. That was weird, OP imagined he had a different document from the one in front of his own eyes. He was just on the wrong page...
 
OP is crazy to have brought the 'wood moving' thing into play here .. he definitely originally meant by 'a movement' originally as being a person moving, not wood moving (as in the door being stuck/about to be opened) .. and he's even more crazy to have brought the 'magazine rack' word into play because whatever you do to a wooden magazine rack is never going to sound like a jammed wooden door trying to be opened.

Lunar eclipse at it peak now, kind of an orange red.
Wouldn't be up to see it except for already being up for this trial.
 
He is so clearly adding and tailoring as he goes along .. the sudden introduction of the 'magazine rack' in relation to the wood moving noise came out of nowhere yesterday and was really misjudged by OP. He'd be better off just saying nothing, sometimes.

It's the arguments like 'I don't think she would have had time to pee' 'Well I think she would have' that are starting to irk me. Surely if she peed they would have found urine in the toilet bowl and that would put a definitive end to that debate?

I can't help but think about - what if - he is telling the truth.

Nel lit the lamp when he asked why he didn't record his voice if he was so sure he was the only voice.

Thanks Goodness for Dr. Burger- she knew - a female's voice... she is the ticket.


However, he has a sympathetic draw
 
Can you imagine if Oscar dated Casey Anthony, the lies they could tell together!!

Man, the Judge looks so flipping annoyed. She is once again staring at Oscar with laser eyes.

So OP said yesterday he shot at the door as he thought he heard a sound that meant someone was coming out, now he is saying he thought the sound was a mag rack.

Now Nel's onto Reeva's jeans being inside out.

O: When I got home, Reeva was already in her pjyamas. I don't know why she left them inside out

And I think Nel suggested Reeva tried to put on OP's clothes in her hurry to leave?
