Is there any way to detect a body underneath concrete without disturbing the concrete? Specifically, if a building foundation, Walmart, were poured at the same time someone went missing, and the body was never found, but there was no "real" evidence that the body might be under there, is there some type of tool that can look through the concrete much like an x-ray or a sonar would?
 
I think the answer is yes, but I imagine there could be many difficulties if there is a building over the concrete with layers of pipes, machinery, cables and flooring etc. And if it is a very large area.
