    60-year-old Gwendolyn Wallace, went missing from her home on the 5900 block of North 5th Street on Thursday, police say. Gwendolyn also suffers from schizophrenia, and is in need of medication.

    Missing Endangered Person from the 35th District


    On May 22, 2014, Philadelphia Police were notified that the complainant Gwendolyn Wallace, a 60 years old female went missing from the 5900 block of N 5th Street, where she was last seen by family. Gwendolyn suffers from schizophrenia and is in need of medication. Gwendolyn is 5’7”, 130 lbs, with a thin build, brown eyes, medium brown complexion and black shoulder length hair, clothing unknown.

    Anyone with information on Gwendolyn’s whereabouts, please contact Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353 or call 911.
