GUILTY FL - Kimberly Mackey, 49, Jacksonville, 26 May 2014 *Arrest*

The Sheriff’s Office made a public plea Thursday for information about the whereabouts of Mackey, who is a white female, 5-foot-3, 130 to 150 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. A blue Saturn sport-utility vehicle parked outside the home Friday belongs to Mackey, neighbors said.

“At this time, foul play is suspected,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a brief news release that gave no other details. Police did not give specific information about Mackey’s husband, whose name was not released...

“I hope it’s all a misunderstanding and they went somewhere on a cruise,” said Georgia Worcester, a neighbor who’s lived in the park for 20 years.

The sheriff's office has kept a marked squad car outside one mobile home trailer in the area where Mackey was last seen. Sotelo said he believed she lived there with a man and a dog. He said police kicked in the door after receiving complaints the dog would not stop barking.

"I never would have expected it. I had no idea what was going on. To see this, it's scary," he said.

To the best of his knowledge, Sotelo said the man is also missing along with what he believed was one of their two cars.

A police report released by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Friday revealed the person who reported Kimberly Mackey, 48, was also concerned about her husband's well-being...

"People are very concerned and worried and I know that there's been a crime scene lab that’s been outside and it's very upsetting," said neighbor Heather Jens...

At least five nearby businesses said so far police have not requested to see their surveillance videos... It's not clear where Mackey's husband is or if he too is considered a victim.
