Another college student is missing. She hasn't been seen since Tuesday evening. Her cell phone has not been in use since Tuesday.

Here is more information: http://www.fosters.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20121011/GJNEWS_01/121019660

Snip: The UNH Police Department is assisting the Chester Police Department and also the Westborough, Mass. Police Department in the search for Elizabeth J. Marriott, 19, of Chester,
According to Chester Police Chief William Burke, the last known communication from Marriott was a text message from her phone sent to a friend just before 9 p.m. Tuesday while in class at the Durham UNH campus. Burke said it is unknown what the content of the message was. Police have attempted to ping the phone but Burke said the device has not been in use since Tuesday.

Burke said Marriott’s details have been entered into the National Crime Information Center.
“At this point we’re actively trying to find the car, find her and hoping that everything comes out positive,” he said.

Being NH I am not sure how much information we can find out about the status of this case. This State has very poor reporting about these cases.

Aargh! What do I need to do? Help!

Oh no, are you on a mobile? I hope someone here can help, I only use a PC.

Atty Barth requested to talk to the Judge... before the jury enters.... he wants to put on the record that they are still looking into the notion of a mistrial despite it being over-ruled on Friday. He seems to be continuing to make a case for an appeal. Its relative to Roberta Gerkin's testimony on Friday.

I looked around Court Chatter and can't find a link for mobile users (I even googled for it lol), I know she tweets, so maybe someone here that does also could send her one and ask if she has mobile capability on her blog streams.

Judge says he interprets this as a renewed motion for a mistrial, and he again refuses it. Roberta Gerkin will be recalled to the witness stand.

I think the defense really doesn't want the Kat bell rung and truly wants to keep her testimony from being heard. With the mistrial motions flowing so freely now, I can't imagine how often he'll try to interrupt the proceedings once she's on the stand.
