A former US Army man bought himself a $120,000 Ferrari in Germany as a retirement treat, but he was fined and forbidden to drive it when it reached Georgia. He now has to take it all the way back to try and resell it.

The Munich-dealership apparently sold him the vehicle as 'perfekt' for him as it was built to American specifications. But it was actually built to South American specs. He's not allowed to get it altered in the US either - it has to be shipped back to the original Ferrari factory in Italy for that.

Despite what FL resident Joe says was a mistake in their paperwork, the dealership refused to help him out, he says. Legal action looms.
