Another college student is missing. She hasn't been seen since Tuesday evening. Her cell phone has not been in use since Tuesday.

Here is more information: http://www.fosters.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20121011/GJNEWS_01/121019660

Snip: The UNH Police Department is assisting the Chester Police Department and also the Westborough, Mass. Police Department in the search for Elizabeth J. Marriott, 19, of Chester,
According to Chester Police Chief William Burke, the last known communication from Marriott was a text message from her phone sent to a friend just before 9 p.m. Tuesday while in class at the Durham UNH campus. Burke said it is unknown what the content of the message was. Police have attempted to ping the phone but Burke said the device has not been in use since Tuesday.

Burke said Marriott’s details have been entered into the National Crime Information Center.
“At this point we’re actively trying to find the car, find her and hoping that everything comes out positive,” he said.

Being NH I am not sure how much information we can find out about the status of this case. This State has very poor reporting about these cases.

I can't quote a post from the other thread, I believe Barth said he couldn't finish before 12:15. So hopefully he will be done after lunch. I know wishful thinking!

Yes--I think that truly is wishful thinking...my theory is he won't be done until she admits to killing Lizzi........ until then :notgood::maddening::back:

Barth: u were concerned by telling us t truth, it made u vulnerable

Kat: uh...[long pause]...i'm not sure

Barth: ...u were also w/ur mother...u asked us if we could represent u...

Kat: ...i don't recall...

yeah, one of those two has to cave, but I'm afraid Barth won't quit until your honor forces him.

kat doesn't remember asking these attorneys to represent her but according to Barth she also asks if he can suggest someone to represent her.

She didn't remember going back but 2 minutes later she remembers every single thing before going back. Lord have mercy.

Atty Barth asks Kat if she was immediately apprehensive after she made the statement to Seth's defense team... and asks if she remembers coming back to his office later on the 17th, with Seth's father Joe.. and her Mom, to see if they could represent her.

Looks like she's starting with that jaw thing she does again.

She says she came by to see if the public defenders had heard that she might be arrested, and that Seth's father thought it would be safer to go to their office if they WERE going to be arrested.

Kat does have an answer for all his questions, and they appear to be consistent with what the jury has heard from her since Grand Jury testimony.

Here we go with the long noooos and the confusion of questions again. Yeesh.

She is blaming barth for confusing her, thus her inability to answer. Now she is berating him while being a victim
