Police seek help finding missing teen and her 2-year-old son

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. --
Police are seeking the public's help in locating a 16-year-old mother and her 2-year-old son who have been missing since late Wednesday morning. Chanel Ogarro and her son, Elijah Ogarro, were last seen leaving their Tompkins Avenue home in Stapleton at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, according to a statement released by the NYPD's Deputy Commissioner for Public Information.

It always makes me sad and gives me pause when the best available photo of a missing person (especially a child) is of such poor quality.
