Age (51) is within range
Race (Caucasian) matches
Height is within 2 inches
Weight is with 5 pounds
Hair color listed as brown, but it looks very dark with some gray in the picture
Eye color (brown) matches
Both have male pattern baldness
Distance is only 28.1 miles (about 30 minutes)
Timing is consistent. Runnon disappeared only one month and one week before the UP was found.
Runnon looks like the sketch. The ears, nose, face shape, eyebrows and lips are all pretty similar.

@Migmuu did you submit Runnon Allen (if so I'm assuming he wasn't matched as he still appears in Namus #MP11266)

It doesn't say anything on the NaMus profile but the forensic drawing looks like he's missing teeth?

Yes it seems that way to me - the problem would be if he were itinerant and out of contact with next of kin for some time, they may not know his dentals looked like that at the time of death.
