Hope his parents have to pay for all the damage and some sort of social service gets involved. The kid has something to say and someone needs to listen.

That 9 year old knew what he was doing was wrong, his parents are going to have to pay for all the damage he has done and hopefully some sort of social service will have to get involved. His parents are going to have to be a lot more parental. Otherwise when he get older and his driving skills improve we can all imagine what he will be stealing and how he will be driving those stolen vehicles!!!! And he won't care any more then than he did now!!!!!
