EDMOND, Okla. Police say a 4-year-old Edmond boy's grandmother, Sandra Martinez, 53, and great-aunt, Peggy Pierman, 52, were arrested after he was exposed to marijuana.
EDMOND, Okla. Two sisters in metropolitan Oklahoma City are making headlines again.
Sandra Martinez and her sister, Peggy Pierman, were arrested Tuesday by Edmond police.
Investigators said the women were caught shoplifting at a Kohl's department store.

According to police reports, the pair stole shoes and various types of clothing. The estimated value totaling $435.90. The pair were seen on store surveillance video committing the crime.

An officer who spoke to the boy said it appeared the child experienced a "contact high" and said the boy's clothing smelled of marijuana.
