'Local authorities are trying to piece together how Katerina Netolicka a flawless 26-year-old cover girl for Prada, LOreal and Elle went from celebrating her birthday just 11 days ago to being found lifeless in a bathtub at her home in Litvinov.
The brunette beauty had been living with her boyfriend, Jakub Petruzalek, and was found by her brother after he became worried when she hadnt been answering his phone calls, Central European News reports.'
