Mark Oberholtzer, who has owned and operated his business Mark-1 Plumbing in Texas City for the past 32 years confirmed to the Galveston Daily News that it was indeed his old truck, but was baffled as to how it could have ended up in Syria.
He said he traded the vehicle into a car dealership more than three years ago - he normally takes his branding off his cars, but didn't this time - something he is now regretting.'
