Hard to believe James Gunnell wasn't already checked. I see DNA tests are still in progress for him and the UID, so I'm guessing identification might be forthcoming. I might submit him anyway, though. Everything is almost spot-on with him:

And it's only about 2 miles from where he was last seen.

I found what I'm pretty positive is James' FB page. His hair appears dark blonde. (Not linking here; not sure if that's allowed--but an easy find via Google.)

Lake Havasu City police were able to officially identify on Tuesday the human remains found near Oro Grande Boulevard in October as belonging to missing teen James Gunnell after DNA testing was used for confirmation...

Although the remains have been positively attributed to 18-year-old Gunnell, officials said the cause of his death remains under investigation by the Lake Havasu City Police Department.
