Kathy Wilkins Myers' body was discovered Friday morning inside one of her outbuildings, and News 9 is told she was dressed for work, supposedly about to head to Oklahoma City...
Supposedly fell off a ladder and died, the friend said. But those who knew Myers don't believe that's what happened. She would have never been in that tack room on a ladder in her best clothes, she said...
Warren said his daughter recently divorced, and her ex-husband is now staying in the home. That man has not been named a suspect. He wasn't allowed to come around the property at all and now, all of a sudden, it's his, said the friend.

Law enforcement officers began investigating the suspicious death of a Chandler woman two months ago and, on Wednesday, that womans estranged husband was charged in her death. Kurt Meyer, 57, was charged in Lincoln County District Court with first-degree murder, deliberate intent...
An arrest affidavit shows she was found with frozen blood on her face and scuff marks on the backs of her shoes. Authorities found a broken light bulb on the ground as well as an overturned ladder nearby. Authorities processed the crime scene and found drag marks leading from an entry to an area where the body was located, the document shows, with authorities noting the crime scene had been altered.
Central to the investigation was the fact that she was going through a divorce with her estranged husband, the warrant shows, with investigators later discounting Meyers reported alibi for the time his wife died. Also found were notes indicating a possible plan to drug someone, the warrant shows.
