Business conferences are often boring, and real estate agents aren't always known for their philanthropy, but this conference in Ann Arbor, MI was anything but conventional.
For some reason, organizers Keller Williams Greater Cleveland West, decided a great team-building exercise (or maybe there was no reason at all, except someone had the idea) would be to recognise someone in the service industry. So they had a collection then ordered a single pizza from Pizza house - and presented the delivery man, Rob, with a $2084 tip, a visa gift card, lottery tickets and letters of encouragement.
Pizza House manager Brian LeFevre says his delivery man was very pleased. And a little shocked. You can judge for yourself at the link as the whole thing was videoed and posted to Youtube. Realtors may be a little hard to figure sometimes, but this is a nice story. I'd like to know how they managed to share one pizza between the 200 of them attending the conference though...
