The article says that the couple had an argument, they both got in to separate cars and drove away, one car hit the other and knocked it into the building, then also crashed into the building.

Considering the the fact that she was naked, I'm going to guess that she must have been desperate to get away from him. Sounds like murder to me.

according to the video link with reporter it was indicated that alcohol (boyfriend) was involved and they are awaiting tox screen of the boyfriend

naked, pregnant, boyfriend, booze....................she & baby dead=bad news.........murder to me

I say murder most likely. What pregnant woman jumps into her car naked unless she is desperate. RIP to her and the baby. :rose: :rose:

That story is about as bizzare as they come.

boyfriend is on visa (legally) from Russia

he was/is on probation forbidding him to touch alcohol

now busted for violating probation ($100K bail) and passport confiscated

after the crash he was seen taking photos of the crash with his cell phone

"Authorities have not yet charged Anton Aleksandrov, 24, in the death of Monica Ramirez, but he was arrested for violating terms of his probation, which forbade him from consuming alcohol. The circumstances leading up to the 25-year-old woman's death remain under investigation, authorities said.''

""Court records show at least one serious incident of violence, in August, when Aleksandrov was arrested and charged with assaulting her. Baimbridge said in that case, Aleksandrov pulled her out of the car she was in, then assaulted her. In the incident, he attacked her, dragging her on the ground, kicking and stomping on her, according to court records. He pleaded no contest to the charges in December.

On three other occasions in 2014, police responded to calls from Ramirez complaining of abuse, but she either decided not to press charges or recanted her testimony, Baimbridge said.

The deceased also had a 6 yr old son.

"Aleksandrov, 24, of Houston, was arrested Tuesday night with violation of probation in a family violence case involving the victim, said Kese Smith, Houston police spokesman.

He was on probation because of an Aug. 9 arrest when Aleksandrov was charged with assaulting Ramirez. The Houston Chronicle reported that court records show he attacked her, dragging her on the ground, kicking her and stomping on her.

Prosecutors sought an emergency protective order against him, forbidding him to go within 200 feet of Ramirez."

when you read the article what will jump out is that he was in court for these charges December 10 2014 so 3 weeks later....she's dead.....

there's the cycle ...... that honeymoon make up phase is deceptively deadly.....

If he'd been locked up instead of only being on probation for the earlier attack, she could have safely had her baby. Very sad.

Just has to make you wonder WHY she didn't leave him.......IF ONLY she had.

Praying for Monica's baby to survive and hopefully be in the care of Monica's family.

If she had pressed charges and let go of him back in 2013, she might still be alive to raise her 6 year old, too.

nothing on Anton Aleksandrov in MSM for updates

It looks like he has not yet been charged with the murder....I guess they are still checking on who was at fault during the accident.
